Seva The Ultimate Care is a full-service event planning and catering company based in Bhubaneswar. We are a “one-stop solution” for your event, which means our in-house team handles everything for you under one roof. This includes the first concepts for the decor, the creation of a gourmet food menu, and all the on-ground logistics. We have tailor-made solutions that are built to show off your personal style and story.

What We Do

Wedding & Event Planning

We handle the whole planning process, from the pre-wedding ceremonies like Haldi and Sangeet to the final grand reception. Our team has the experience to plan beautiful destination weddings all across India as well.

Gourmet Catering

Our own in-house chefs create amazing food experiences for your guests. We will work with you to build a custom menu with Indian, Asian, and Continental food. We are also known for our fun, interactive live food stations that your guests will love.

Event Design & Décor

Our creative team will style your entire venue to perfectly match your theme. We design the main stage, build beautiful floral setups, and manage all the lighting and furniture. We also create fun photo booths and grand entry concepts for your guests.

We have a full-time, in-house team of over 30 skilled people. This means your chef, your planner, and your designer are all part of the same team and are always talking to each other. This teamwork is how we make your event feel seamless and effortless.

We start every new event with a blank piece of paper. We listen to your story and then brainstorm ideas that are creative and personal to you. We do not use the same designs over and over again, so your event will be truly your own.

We are a true one-stop solution for all of your event needs. We will find and coordinate all the other vendors for you, like photographers, makeup artists, and entertainers. This saves you from the stress of trying to manage five or six different people at once.
